• Your dossier must include the following documents listed below :

1. Four (04) copies of the minutes of the founding general assembly
2. Four (04) copies of the statutes (each page of the original has to be stamped with a stamp that costs 2000 CFA Francs)
3. Four (04) copies of the list of founding members (first name & family name - age - profession - nationality - address)
4. Four (04) copies of the list of elected bureau members
